Karli serves as the Retail Operations Manager for CRCI Thrift Stores, where she helps bridge communication and coordination between the stores and other departments within the organization. Her position focuses on behind-the-scenes operations, supporting staff, tracking procedures, and ensuring that the thrift stores align with CRCI’s mission to fund recovery programs. Her experience with CRCI is both professional and personal. After completing the program herself in 2021, Karli went on to work directly with women in recovery, offering peer support and encouragement during their journeys. Over time, her role evolved into what it is today. She values being part of a team that not only operates successful thrift stores but also contributes to meaningful, life-changing work across the broader CRCI community.
