Chaplain

Dr. Jacob Starr

Jacob Starr serves as chaplain and teaches theology classes at both the Grant’s Harbor and the Rose House. Under his guidance, he assists residents in obtaining their associate’s degree in theology through West Theological Seminary. He considers it a privilege to serve the men and women in his chaplaincy role and finds daily inspiration in the impact he has on their lives. He attributes the many blessings he receives to his Heavenly Father and feels honored to serve in this capacity.
