Ashleigh Gurganious has owned and operated her own commercial cleaning company since 2015. What began as a way to earn supplemental income and help with household expenses eventually became her primary source of income and a means of providing for her two children. As her business grew, Ashleigh intentionally created opportunities for women who were looking for additional income and built a team serving multiple properties throughout Wilmington and Northern Brunswick County. Over the years, she discovered that her work could be about more than simply running a successful business—it could provide opportunities, independence, and purpose for others. That desire to be part of something with a greater mission ultimately led her to CRCI, where she is excited to contribute her experience and be a small part of something much bigger.

Outside of work, Ashleigh’s greatest priority is spending time with her two boys. She enjoys chasing down her newly licensed 17-year-old when she can, while also watching her middle-school-aged son play any and every sport he can fit into his schedule. When she isn’t working or cheering from the sidelines, she enjoys live music, sunshine, and taking off for a long-weekend adventure whenever the opportunity arises!
