In 2018, Josh assumed the role of CEO.
In 2019, The Ray House was opened, providing housing for male program residents and staff. In 2024, The Ray House was revitalized to serve women for up to 18-months in our Phase 4/ Re-entry program.
In 2022, Christian Recovery Centers launched a Thrift Store in Shallotte as a vital asset to support the mission. In 2024, CRCI landed a 2nd thrift location in Sunset Beach.
CRCI established its new headquarters in 2023, providing refuge for over 100 men on the path to recovery from substance use disorders. In memory of Grant Sauls the campus became “Grant’s Harbor” in 2024.
2026 Will provide more opportunities for CRCI to increase its reach in achieving its mission. Please check back in to hear all the exciting things we will achieve with in our current 5 year plan!
